To better enjoy our nighttime rides, giving us some safe and cool color effects, I was going to build LED rigs in tubes to attach to bikes, kind of like neon effects for cars, but cooler because they're on bikes.
I'm still experimenting with the best construction/effect at the lowest cost so I'll get back to you on it.
